They have helped me out a couple times! When I had a tire blowout they got me in quickly and the tires were well priced and good quality. I also got a flat on the weekend and they were able to get my tire repaired in a timely manner and were open later then most tire shops so I didn't have to wait till Monday to get it fixed.

I have to just say I'm honestly grateful. Tl;dr, they're really knowledgeable, helpful, and maybe even passionate. I drive an old car. My typical experience at a shop starts with me asking what a smell, sound, or sensation is, and providing as much potential diagnostic info I can to hopefully be in, out, and done. Then whomever accepts the job usually charges me for diagnostics/ labor, may tighten or electrical tape something, then says, "I don't know". They typically take SO little time, I believe they didn't really even take a good look. In contrast, Budget Tires is efficient with time rather than just lazy, and invited me to check things out. I normally don't watch out of respect for the mechanics' space so they don't feel I'm hovering. But my first time in the back I needed to see tires before selecting. Javier and Jose have great personalities and intimately know their trade. I didn't ask them about the sound or sensation in my car this time, they both proactively came to me independently with identical maintenance suggestions. I watch out for people making generic upsales from a script, but this wasn't that. They are able to be flexible with mechanical solutions. Moreover,

Javier was unbelievably helpful, saved us a ton of $$. I sliced a sidewall in the Owyhees, unrepairable, and we’re from out of state. He found an almost identical used tire with the right tread depth to match our good tires. Otherwise I was looking at replacing the other 3 tires, that weren’t even half way through tread life, to stay with specs for our 4wd. I wish I lived here so I could give them all my business. Meanwhile he’s giving us tips on places to visit. Thank you!! 5 stars doesn’t do them justice.

So helpful. Tyler was great. Worked efficiently and fast. He also went the extra mile to try and find a lug nut to replace our missing one. Prices are very reasonable. The ladies in the office were also very kind and helpful. Thank you!

These people are very professional they got me in really fast. I was in and out getting my tire repaired in less than 25 minutes. They were extremely busy that day but squeeze me in between it was great. I will definitely be going back here for all my future needs for my tires. They do many different things as well. What an amazing place. I’ll definitely go back. I recommend these people to anyone needing any kind of repair repairs on their vehicle.
